GLAD WASTE BINS TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY – For Motion Sensor and Plastic Step Cans

We warrant your Glad trash can to be free of defects in material or workmanship for two years.  The following are not covered by the warranty:  Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer, such as, but not limited to, third-party sellers on eBay, Amazon marketplace, etc.  Damage to the product from accidents, misuse, normal wear, or non-home use is excluded. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as shown on the proof of purchase. The proof of purchase, invoice, or receipt must show the purchase date and the name of the retailer where the product was purchased. In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective, a repair or replacement will be provided at our discretion. Please send the defective product to our Consumer Services address below.
